Four Foodie Spots to Explore in Bethlehem

With the lower temperatures and breezy days, we want to be cozy. What better way to do that than indulge in some delicious comfort food from some great restaurants in the community?

Here are four spots to get cozy with creative cocktails and unique cuisine in Bethlehem this season.

Osso Buco (fall-off-the-bone, braised pork shank, wild rice, red wine reduction) - Stefano's Restaurant

Sometimes you just need a little Italian cuisine in your life. We can’t get enough of Stefano’s Restaurant, where authentic Italian cuisine is their speciality.

Some of our favorite dishes include the delicious Lobster Ravioli (lobster filled ravioli, champagne cream sauce, sautéed baby shrimp, and diced tomatoes) and epic wood-fired pizza like The Cowboy (fried chicken pieces, pineapple, bacon, sweet BBQ sauce, & melted mozzarella cheese).

Check out the full menu online to discover all the appetizers, salads, pizzas, and incredible gelato that ends the meal with a bang.

Hot Pastrami House Smoked Sandwich (Dijon, swiss cheese, black rye) - Twisted Olive

Whether you want to stop in for lunch or have a hearty dinner, Twisted Olive is the perfect place to tantalize your palate. We love this bistro-style restaurant with a world twist—serving cocktails along with creative, casual cuisine.

If you’re in the mood for a fresh sandwich you can choose from great options like the Twisted Olive Cuban (prosciutto, house smoked pulled pork, Swiss cheese, Dijon mayo, pickled jalapeño peppers, garlic bread) or the Asian Tuna Panini (seared tuna, avocado, radish, cucumber, and miso aioli). Or you can indulge in one of the tasty entrees like the Bacon Wrapped Pork Mignon (chili-maple glaze, bok-choy, avocado, vegetable spring roll).

And don’t miss the weekly Wednesday Night BBQ menu where Brisket Mac & Cheese, Buttermilk Fried Chicken, and Pulled Pork are ready for the ordering! Discover the full menu online.

Jumbo Lump Crab Salad (cilantro, scallions, red pepper, wasabi mayo, frisee crouton, carrot ginger puree) - Edge Restaurant

This made-from-scratch menu of New American cuisine with French and Asian influences, handcrafted cocktails, and an eclectic beer and wine list is tops on our list of places in Bethlehem you need to try.

Edge Restaurant offers everything from medium plates like the Tuna Tartare (sesame oil, ginger lime aioli, crispy wonton chips) to large plate entrees such as Thai Chicken Curry (fingerling potatoes, cauliflower, scallions, cilantro, red pepper, coconut milk broth, roasted peanuts, steamed jasmine rice).

With amazing deserts and small plates ready to share, we love stopping here often. Find the whole menu online and get ready to indulge!

    Ultra-premium small-batch spirits - Social Still

The team at Social Still blend tradition and innovation to create unique and distinctive flavor profiles in the spirits offered at this micro-distillery and kitchen.

We also love the food options, especially the Every Day I’m Trufflin’ Burger (mushroom duxelle, truffle cheddar, arugula, pickled red onion, marinated tomatoes, truffle mayo) and the Jail Island Salmon (Nelly’s andouille sausage, smoked tomato, white bean, haricot verts, herb butter).

And did we mention the cocktails? You have to try The Herbalist (house infused rosemary, thyme, cucumber gin, lime juice, simple syrup) and The Restoration (rye whiskey, lemon, almond syrup, rye soaked amarena cherry, house made bitters).
