Now through March 7th, 2021 critically acclaimed photographer Stephen Mallon shares a collection of some of his most captivating, riveting, and thought-provoking pieces in this new exhibit at Bethlehem’s National Museum of Industrial History.
"We would just walk around and meet up and have coffee,” says Nella Panella, co-owner, with Molly Godfrey, of eclectic Easton shop LEARKE, “and talk about what buildings we had crushes on, and how we’re going to get involved in the community. What we could do here. The space became available and we went to see it on a whim. Everything felt right.”
Football has brought so many good people into my life,” says Coach Andres Morales, president and founder of the Lehigh Valley Steel Rockets. “How could I not have a program like this?”
Stacie Brennan, Curator of Education at the Lehigh University Art Galleries (LUAG), has always been guided by a passion for art. Growing up in the suburbs of Philadelphia first piqued her interest in the mural arts, and as an undergraduate at Lehigh, under the mentorship of late LUAG gallery director/curator Ricardo Viera, she discovered the possibilities of combining marketing and business savvy to support art and artists—and the huge social impact community art and galleries can make.
Second Harvest Food Bank of the Lehigh Valley and Northeast Pennsylvania provides food to a vast network of nonprofits, with a focus on providing the healthiest, freshest foods possible. Second Harvest is a program of the Community Action Committee of the Lehigh Valley.
